Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Associate to join our team. As a Dispatch Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our dispatch team, ensuring the efficient and effective deployment of our technicians across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the dispatch team, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
  • Dispatch technicians via email and/or phone for work across Canada, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Manage emails and phone calls or inquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Learn, interpret, and apply organizational policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintain and organize document files, both physical and digital.
  • Assist other staff in office duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
  • Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with a focus on attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with minimal supervision and a high level of autonomy.
