About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatcher - LTL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and ensuring timely delivery to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the movement of goods and ensure timely delivery to clients
  • Plan and manage the daily activities of our drivers, including route optimization and scheduling
  • Communicate with drivers and clients to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Monitor and control the movement of goods, including tracking and tracing
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in LTL dispatching or urban/local dispatching
  • Proficiency in using a TMS (Truckmate) system
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team
