About the RoleThis temporary position involves providing high-quality rehabilitative care to clients across various settings within St. Joseph's Care Group and Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the interprofessional team to deliver comprehensive care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective interventions to promote optimal client outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Excellent assessment and intervention skills
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and teaching abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Competitive salary: $40.37 - $56.30 per hour
