Nurse Care Specialist
Provide high-quality nursing care to individuals with complex mental health and substance use challenges. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Utilize evidence-based practices to promote recovery and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and address the physical and emotional needs of clients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Provide education and support to clients and their families
- Document client progress and outcomes
Requirements:
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse or as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM)
- Two (2) years' recent experience providing acute or community health nursing care/services to clients who have concurrent psychiatric and/or substance abuse/misuse disorders

Hours of Work: 07:00-19:00/19:00-07:00 (rotating on call)
