Job Summary

Floka Hair Salon Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Manager and Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience in managing a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily salon operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and staff productivity.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, promoting the salon's brand and services.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • College or CEGEP education.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of salon operations and management principles.
