Job Summary

INDUS CONSTRUCTION LTD. is seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the site is safe and efficient, and maintaining a high level of quality in our work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Operations: Assist in the construction process, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
  • Heavy Equipment Operation: Operate heavy equipment, such as cranes, to assist in the construction process.
  • Building Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment, to ensure the site is safe and efficient.
  • Site Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the site, including removing rubble and debris, and ensuring the site is clean and organized.
  • General Labourer: Perform general labour tasks, including assisting in the construction process, and maintaining a high level of quality in our work.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, at heights, confined spaces, noisy, dusty, hot.
  • Work Setting: Construction site.
  • Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, manual dexterity, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads.
