Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an In-Store Product Sampler. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for showcasing our products and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-store sampling events to showcase our featured products and drive sales.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, provide product information, and encourage purchases.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our brands and products to effectively communicate their benefits.
  • Setup and Cleanup: Organize product displays and ensure food safety protocols are followed.
  • Sales Support: Direct interested customers to the correct aisles for purchases.
  • Compliance: Ensure demonstrations meet safety standards and follow company and store guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Sales-driven with a proactive approach to promoting products.
  • Positive, energetic, lively, and charismatic personality.
  • Previous retail, promotions, or customer service experience is preferred (training provided).
  • Previous hands-on experience in brand marketing and customer engagement would be an asset.
Work Environment:

As an In-Store Product Sampler, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment during peak shopping hours (evenings and weekends). You will be provided with branded uniforms and will be required to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
