About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Scale & Growth Team at Deel. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project management and coordination to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Collaboration with internal teams, including Support, Product, Sales, and Engineering, to drive customer success
  • Developing and executing outreach campaigns to engage with customers and promote growth
  • Identifying and mitigating churn risks to ensure customer retention

Requirements
