We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Scale & Growth Team at Deel. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Project management and coordination to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Collaboration with internal teams, including Support, Product, Sales, and Engineering, to drive customer success
- Developing and executing outreach campaigns to engage with customers and promote growth
- Identifying and mitigating churn risks to ensure customer retention
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with a large book of clients to drive growth and expansion
- 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Success, preferably in a regional or global role
- Experience with outreach campaigns and automation tools
- Ability to handle escalations and difficult customer situations
- Strong ownership and accountability for customer success
- Fluent English language skills, with ability to communicate effectively
- Based in the EMEA timezone
- Experience working with clients and team members across multiple countries and time zones
- Experience working in a remote team environment
- Experience working at a high-growth startup or scale-up
- Fintech or HR tech experience
