Job Title: Staff Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Technical Account Manager to join our Partner Integration Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working with external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality integrations that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with partners to understand their technical requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partner systems with our own.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure successful integration and ongoing support.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with partner integrations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to partners to ensure successful integration and adoption of our solutions.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in technical account management, product management, engineering, or solutions architecture.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality integrations with external partners.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with back-office systems, authentication, authorization, identity management, billing, and entitlements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
