Job Description

The Warner Bros. Discovery team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our Partner Integration Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving technical partnerships and integrations with external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment across internal engineering, distribution, product, and other stakeholder teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain technical relationships with external partners, identifying and resolving integration-related issues and ensuring successful project launches.
  • Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to design, develop, and implement integration solutions, leveraging expertise in back-office systems, authentication, authorization, identity management, billing, and entitlements.
  • Work with external partner engineering teams to assess technical capabilities, evaluate designs, and identify potential issues prior to implementation.
  • Drive technical negotiations and alignment with partners, ensuring alignment with our standard integration architecture and making informed decisions on bespoke integration requirements.
  • Represent the voice of partners, providing key insights and data-driven recommendations to improve our integration experience.
  • Partner with ops teams to verify testing and resolve any integration-related issues, ensuring partners stay within our defined strategy.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in product management, program management, engineering, or solutions architecture.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful technical projects, with a strong understanding of back-office systems and affiliate equipment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate technical designs and identify potential issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience leading technical project launches, with a strong understanding of product management and engineering principles.
  • Ability to balance technical depth, product knowledge, business understanding, organizational, and communication skills to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to use data to drive business decisions.
  • Experience working with external partners, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships.
