Tinkoz Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Management Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary

This role will provide administrative support to the finance department, focusing on bookkeeping, financial record-keeping, and preparing financial statements.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and a college or CEGEP education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bookkeeping: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, calculate fixed assets and depreciation, maintain general ledgers, and post journal entries.
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Keep financial records using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Financial Statements: Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • Tax Returns: Prepare tax returns for the company.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
  • Education: College or CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
Benefits:

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
