We are seeking a highly skilled Ad Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Ad Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the setup and activation of onsite and offsite campaigns, executing media campaigns across our channels, and ensuring ads are displaying correctly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage setup and activation of onsite and offsite campaigns
  • Execute media campaigns across our channels
  • Ensure ads are displaying correctly and troubleshoot where necessary
  • Monitor campaign performance through KPIs and optimize for campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with UX teams on changes to our channels
  • Manage relationships with ad serving vendors

Requirements

  • 3+ years hands-on experience working with ad tech
  • Experience with ad serving tools
  • Experience working at or closely with advertising agencies and with promotional advertising on retail sites
  • Experience activating campaigns (incl. offsite channels)
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, project management, and communication skills
  • Hands on knowledge of different media buying platforms
