About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team at Gents Barber. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Haircutting and Grooming: Cut and trim hair according to clients' instructions or preferences, using a variety of techniques and tools.
  • Shaving and Trimming: Shave and trim beards and mustaches to the highest standards, using precision and attention to detail.
  • Consultation and Advice: Offer hair style suggestions compatible with clients' physical features and preferences, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Physical Capabilities: Possess good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate a client-focused approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent position.

  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
