Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled 310T Mechanic to join our team at Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of project vehicles and equipment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and diagnose malfunctions in vehicles and equipment, performing repairs and replacements as needed using proper tools and techniques
  • Order and procure necessary spare parts to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Identify and recommend solutions for vehicle operation issues, including part replacement or additional services
  • Maintain accurate daily records and reports, providing cost estimates for repairs and service requests
  • Ensure all company vehicles and equipment meet provincial safety standards and regulations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance
  • 310T Certification is required, with a valid Driver's License

Work Environment
  • Outdoor work environment, with occasional indoor shop duties

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 CAD, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan.
