Senior Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Molson Coors Beverage Company. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Market Development Managers and the Internal Sales Team in Creemore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical initiatives to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of Market Development Managers and the Internal Sales Team to ensure delivery of business plans and financial budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including forecast, supply chain, and commercial operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including brand leads, market managers, and key account managers
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales and key account management in the direct sales sector or through direct in-store sales
  • Experience in alcohol/beverage or packaged goods preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
