About Making Waves Childcare Inc.

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Childcare Professional to join our team at Making Waves Childcare Inc. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch childcare services to children aged [insert age range].

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, preferably in a childcare setting, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong background in early childhood education and child development is also essential.

Job Description:

This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications. The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week and be required to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.

  • Develop and implement engaging child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers, as needed, to ensure the smooth operation of the childcare centre.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including progress updates for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A valid Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • First Aid Certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong background in early childhood education and child development.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
