Job Title: HR Systems Manager

Accreditation Canada is seeking an experienced HR Systems Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR systems and processes that support our organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR systems and processes that align with our organization's strategic objectives.
  • Lead the HR systems planning and analysis function, providing direction and management of HR information systems.
  • Oversee the execution of HR processes in Dayforce, including accurate and timely management of data entry for new hires, changes, departures, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll and Benefits team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration within a bi-weekly payroll schedule.
  • Manage the configuration, maintenance, and operation of Dayforce modules in support of HR programs and priorities.
  • Lead and develop direct reports to drive performance and engagement while role modeling HSO values.
Requirements:
  • University Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Completion of a professional designation is an asset.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Advanced reporting software knowledge, including Ceridian (Dayforce & Powerpay), SAP (SuccessFactor), ADP Workforce, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), and Google Suite.
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders on HR technology vision to ensure leaders have confidence in and patience with technology transformation.
  • Experience building an implementation plan and communicating it to relevant stakeholders to ensure visibility and alignment.
