Job Title: Instructor of Persons with Special Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Instructor of Persons with Special Needs to join our team at PERFECT GEMS TUTORIALS LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting students with special needs to develop life skills, providing job training and support, and developing individualized education and intervention plans to facilitate their readaptation and independence objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist students with special needs to develop life skills, including daily living skills, social skills, and emotional regulation.
  • Provide job training and support to students, including vocational training and work experience.
  • Develop and implement individualized education and intervention plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, therapists, and family members, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to supporting students.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure students are meeting their goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as special education, psychology, or social work.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience working with individuals with special needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, families, and other professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and coordination.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and other professionals.
