Job Title: Instructor of Persons with Special Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Instructor of Persons with Special Needs to join our team at PERFECT GEMS TUTORIALS LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting students with special needs to develop life skills, providing job training and support, and developing individualized education and intervention plans to facilitate their readaptation and independence objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist students with special needs to develop life skills, including daily living skills, social skills, and vocational skills.
  • Provide job training and support to students, including job coaching and on-the-job training.
  • Develop individualized education and intervention plans based on the special needs of each client, to facilitate their readaptation and independence objectives.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, therapists, and healthcare providers, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to supporting students with special needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and program outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as special education, psychology, or social work.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience working with individuals with special needs.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
