Assistant Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Team Leader to join our team at Dollarama L.P. As an Assistant Team Leader, you will provide support to the Management team in overseeing the daily retail store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Management team in overseeing daily retail store operations
  • Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of the management team
  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed and store opening/closing procedures are followed
  • Ensure employees work safely
Requirements:
  • Approximately one (1) year of relevant experience in the retail industry
  • Flexible availability required (day, evening, weekend)
  • Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities
  • Demonstrates leadership, organizational and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and high-volume environment
