Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at REMOTELY PILOTED AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS OPERATIONS AND TRAINING CORPORATION. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our information systems business solutions, from design to implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify technical requirements and ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business needs.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Resolve conflict situations.
  • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in information systems business solutions development.
  • Strong knowledge of business intelligence, business process management, and user experience design.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The work will involve repetitive tasks and will require the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The working hours are 30 to 37.5 hours per week.
