As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the framing process, ensuring a safe and efficient work site.

Responsibilities:

* Implement and maintain health and safety protocols on the job site
* Organize and conduct biweekly toolbox talk meetings
* Direct and schedule framers and laborers on day-to-day tasks
* Chalk and layout for floors, walls, and trusses
* Troubleshoot framing issues
* Perform daily maintenance on tools
* Schedule framing starts and daily crane activities
* Conduct quality control checks during and after construction
* Ensure timely completion of framing and city inspections
* Coordinate with other trades as required
* Provide guidance on crane operating signals

Requirements:

* Safety certifications (working at heights, WSIB, etc.)
* Driver's license
* Positive and innovative thinker
* Self-motivated
* Quick learner
* Organizational skills
