Job Description

We seek a talented professional with a strong blend of business consulting skills and data analytics background to join our team. As a key member, you will work on the latest applications of data science to solve complex business problems, collaborating with client stakeholders to translate business needs into high-level analytics solution designs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and develop tailored analytics solutions
  • Present analytics findings and recommendations to senior management and business teams
  • Lead analytics projects, collaborating with global teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science and analytics
Requirements:
  • 7-12 years of professional experience in data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership or consulting role
  • Strong understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms, with experience in R, Python, and visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau
  • Excellent project management and team leadership skills, with experience working with global teams
  • Ability to communicate complex analytics concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Graduate degree in Business Analytics or equivalent work experience
