We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Server to join our team at Aspira Red Oak Retirement Living. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional service to our residents.

The estimated salary for this role is between $25,000 and $35,000 per year, depending on experience. This compensation package includes benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Role

As a Server, you will be responsible for providing outstanding dining experiences to our residents. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with food preparation and presentation under the direction of our Chef
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction
  • Cleaning and maintaining the dining area, including tables, chairs, and dishes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of Grade 10 education
  • Smart Serve designation and one year of experience in dining room service
  • Proven customer service skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We also welcome applicants with Safe Food Handling Certification and those who can demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
