Hotel Cashier Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Cashier to join our team at 17H Inc. As a Hotel Cashier, you will be responsible for operating our cash register, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process payments accurately and efficiently
  • Handle customer transactions, including cash, credit, and debit card payments
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
  • Monitor and reconcile daily/shift payments and sales
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
