Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Cashier to join our team at 17H Inc. As a Hotel Cashier, you will be responsible for operating a cash register, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process payments accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Monitor entrances and exits, and request proof of payment when necessary
  • Perform other tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
