Job Summary

TerraSource Global is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Language: English (written and spoken) is required, French is a plus.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires occasional travel for conferences and training. The employee will be required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to handle and feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. The employee may occasionally lift items as heavy as 30lbs.
