Legal Operations Manager

SkillsWave LLC is seeking a highly skilled Legal Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in managing our employment-related legal matters, litigation, and other legal issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and advise on employment-related legal matters, including litigation and other legal issues.
- Provide practical legal advice to the President and Executive Chairman on corporate governance, corporate finance, securities, and mergers & acquisitions.
- Develop, draft, revise, administer, implement, and interpret the Company's compliance policies, procedures, and programs.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and government authorities as required.
- Manage litigation, including eDiscovery and external litigation counsel.
- Cross-functional project management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience as a corporate lawyer.
- Strong knowledge of and experience drafting and reviewing contract terms and conditions, including liability, indemnity, and IP considerations, government regulations, and procurement practices.
- Transaction management experience an asset.
- International experience an asset.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary in the range of $120,000 to $150,000, based on the minimum level of work experience and qualifications.
