About the Role

Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a part-time instructor to teach English and French language skills to students of various ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver interactive lessons to students in a group setting, utilizing the Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies.
  • Work with students at different levels, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their academic goals.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with curriculum requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in a relevant field, such as education or linguistics.
  • Teaching certification or experience working with students in a educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Good knowledge of the current curriculum requirements for English and French language instruction.
