Job Title: Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at HLC Talent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring the highest level of quality in our products and services.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
* Develop and maintain quality assurance programs and procedures
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues
* Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen events and Lean initiatives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
* 2-5 years of experience in a quality or continuous improvement role
* Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
