Key Responsibilities
  • Complete maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects, ranging from two hours to two days in length.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and manage expectations about the scope of work and costs.
  • Deliver a great experience that wows customers and builds life-long relationships.
Performance Metrics
  • Customer Satisfaction (NPS): Encourage customers to complete surveys to rate their satisfaction with the service.
  • Revenue Target: Find additional ways to be of service to customers and meet revenue targets.
  • Effective Billing Rate: Source materials and communicate with the office to submit estimates.
  • Recall Percentage: Ensure work is done correctly and efficiently, with a high recall percentage.
Requirements
  • 8+ years' experience as a paid handyman.
  • Own your own tools.
  • Complete a background and driving record check.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds independently.
  • Able to safely work at heights and overhead for extended periods.
Preferred Skills
  • Carpentry work.
  • Bathroom improvements.
  • Kitchen improvements.
  • Painting, both inside and out.
  • Drywall work, minor and major repairs.
  • Basic plumbing.
  • Floor installation and refurbishing.
  • Familiar with building codes.
Compensation

As a sub-contractor, you set your own price. As an employee, the pay range for this position is $30.00 to $40.00/Hour, dependent on experience.
