Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Process orders, quotations, and inquiries efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including AS400 experience (an asset).
  • Electrical apprenticeship experience is considered an advantage.
