Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Coordinator to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. As a Field Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our project teams and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Support
    • Assist with updating project drawings and specifications.
    • Document field records for quality, production, labor, and materials.
    • Assist with inventory and tracking time sheets, costs, and quantities.
  • Site Coordination
    • Assist in monitoring the quality plan, including conducting quality inspections, deficiencies, and issue management.
    • Conduct basic safety inspections and training, identify and correct safety hazards, and lead by example in safety practices and procedures.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including supervisors and subtrade partners.
    • Assist with schedules and monitoring performance.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, architecture, trade, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 1 year of progressive experience as a field coordinator is preferred.
  • Skills
    • Ability to learn and apply basic construction principles, specifications, and procedures.
    • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology.
