Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, as well as vacuuming carpeting and area rugs.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a tidy appearance
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to prevent the spread of illness
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to keep the facility free from clutter
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience an asset in a similar role
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
