Job Overview:

As a Keyholder, you will play a key role in ensuring consistently great execution in our stores. You will recommend products and services to create a healthy and playful life for pets, drive profit to fuel our growth, and represent our store in the surrounding community. You will prioritize Safety, Compassion, Expertise, and Efficiency in all aspects of your work.

Responsibilities:

  • Cashier and customer sales
  • Preparing merchandise orders, banking, and other miscellaneous paperwork
  • Placing small items into stock in the sales area of the store
  • Sweeping, dusting, and other general store maintenance functions
  • Assisting in unloading delivery vehicles and putting items into stock
  • Effectively opening and closing the store while following company procedures
  • Assigning daily goals and tasks to ACEs when necessary

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
  • Working knowledge of POS system
  • Possess an outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to have reliable means of transportation to and from the store
  • A valid driver's license may be required
