Our stores are committed to helping local pets in need, and we partner with local shelters, rescues, and charities for adoption events, in-store adoption, and pet food bank programs.

Job Overview:

As a Keyholder, you will assist with ensuring great execution and recommend products and services to create a healthy and playful life for pets. You will share accountability to drive profit and represent your store in the community. You will prioritize Safety, Compassion, Expertise, and Efficiency in all you do.

Responsibilities:

  • Cashier and customer sales
  • Preparing merchandise orders, banking, and other paperwork
  • Placing small items into stock in the sales area
  • Sweeping, dusting, and general store maintenance
  • Assisting with unloading delivery vehicles and putting stock into place
  • Effectively opening and closing the store
  • Assigning daily goals and tasks to ACEs when necessary

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
  • Working knowledge of POS system
  • Possess an outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to have reliable transportation to and from the store
