Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of staff, including recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in our store, including selecting and procuring products for resale.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, including resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Staffing: Determine staffing requirements and ensure that the store is adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, including providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
