We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Siaana Development Inc.
Job SummaryThe Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our store, including daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and store efficiency.
- Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in the store, ensuring they meet customer needs and company goals.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage store budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Determine staffing requirements and create schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Payroll and Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payroll and managing employee benefits.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
