Join Our Team as a Systems Integrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Integrator to join our team at ProMach. As a key member of our software integrators team, you will be responsible for integrating, installing, commissioning, and supporting our software suite at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit and read PLC code to extract audited data
  • Support the ZPI line of software products and general troubleshooting of software, OPC, and PLC
  • Collect data points using various interfaces to update information and track information within the ZPI program
  • Interact with customers through various communication channels, including onsite visits to verify program compatibility and accuracy, as well as supporting end-user questions
  • Act as a key point of contact for customer support

Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Information Technology Management, Computer Systems Technology, Process Automation, Electrical Controls, or similar
  • 0-2 years of experience working in process automation or systems integration
  • Working knowledge of all Windows operating systems, Microsoft SQL Service, and IIS
  • Experience with PLCs (Rockwell / Siemens / Modicon) or automation PCs
  • Experience with OPC
  • Experience with Kepware, RS View, or Wonderware a plus
  • Previous experience with manufacturing intelligence systems (OEE, MES, LEDS) highly desirable
  • Ability to travel into the US and internationally up to 30%
  • Driver's License (Class G) required
