About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Vancouver or Calgary. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial analysis of strategic initiatives and driving sound decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leaders across the company to assess strategic opportunities and accelerate our business strategy.
  • Support the financial analysis of business cases for growth opportunities, including acquisitions, divestitures, product expansion, and partnership strategies.
  • Develop and execute financial models, forecasts, and valuations to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and visually appealing presentation decks summarizing key financial analysis for various stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of practices and processes to promote operational efficiency.
About You

We are looking for a forward-thinking, strategic, and solutions-oriented finance and accounting professional with a strong work ethic and passion for learning and growth. You will have a strong background in financial analysis, accounting, and business development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
  • CPA, CFA, and/or CBV or equivalent designation preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in financial modeling and valuation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive annual salary, plus a discretionary profit share opportunity. Salary for this position will vary between $75,000 and $85,000 per year, depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience of the chosen candidate.
