About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Greenhouse Labourer to join our team at Boem Berry Farm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the greenhouse and its surroundings
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens
  • Report signs of insect or disease damage
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Assist with harvesting crops
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a hot environment
  • Non-smoking work site
  • Own transportation
Working Conditions

The Greenhouse Labourer will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and walk. The ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) is also necessary.

Language and Hours

The work language is English, and the hours of work are 60 hours per week.
