About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Window Installation Specialist to join our team at IWD Installation + Services Inc. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair: Install exterior prefabricated products, including windows and doors, to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring professionalism and a positive experience for our clients.
  • Pre-Installation Preparation: Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements, and prepare necessary materials and equipment.
  • Task Execution: Execute installation tasks efficiently, utilizing hand and power tools, and ensuring attention to detail.
  • Worksite Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company safety protocols and regulations.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, with physical demands including standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling. You must be able to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and have good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and color vision.
