Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Guillevin International. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer questions, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions, handle cash, credit card payments, and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restock shelves, and perform other tasks as needed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support, and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail or food service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle cash, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move around the sales floor.
