About the Role:

Traffic Tech is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our Calgary office in Alberta. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of freight across North America and globally, ensuring seamless execution according to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to optimize logistics operations
  • Negotiate with shippers and carriers to secure favorable rates and services
  • Monitor shipment tracking, including pickup and delivery, to ensure timely and efficient movement
  • Prepare and process required shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Provide effective and professional communication with clients and carriers to resolve issues and address concerns
  • Perform minor accounting functions and data entry to support logistics operations

Requirements:

  • Previous industry experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management
  • Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Professional phone mannerisms and an outgoing personality, with a high energy level and flexibility
