Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Activities: Work with other departments to ensure smooth operation of our logistics operations.
  • Monitor Supply Chain: Track the movement of supplies and materials between departments.
  • Perform Clerical Duties: Handle routine administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Read and Interpret Documents: Review blueprints, written specifications, and production drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and submit reports on logistics operations, including metrics and trends.
  • Ensure Equipment Maintenance: Arrange for maintenance and repair work on computer equipment and machinery.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of work activities, including logs and worksheets.
  • Provide Technical Advice: Offer guidance and support to colleagues on logistics operations and procedures.
  • Project Management: Assist with project planning and coordination, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to colleagues on logistics procedures and best practices.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
