**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Office Administrative Professional to join our team in the Pain Management Clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the smooth operation of the clinic by providing patient reception/registration services and clerical support.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional patient care and administrative support to the clinical team
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient registration and reception tasks
  • Manage clinic scheduling and coordination of appointments
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

**Requirements**

  • Diploma in Medical Office Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in medical office administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Cerner patient care systems and MS Office software
