Job Summary:

The Solutions Engineer - Canada will be responsible for providing technical support and training to users of Salesforce, Veeva Canada, and Bill Management (Oracle Cloud) within the organization. They will resolve issues, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Configuration: Configure Salesforce and Veeva Align to meet organizational requirements, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
  • Platform Maintenance: Regularly maintain and update Salesforce and Veeva Align platforms to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data stored in Salesforce and Veeva Align, adhering to data governance policies.
  • System Connections: Review and maintain connections with systems like McKesson and Knipper, ensuring smooth data exchange.
  • Territory Management: Execute territory changes and create MCCPs in Veeva Align, streamlining business operations.
  • Field Support: Investigate field issues and provide support during NSM, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Legacy Data Management: Clean up legacy information in Veeva and create governance for new records, maintaining data accuracy.
  • Business Development: Create new connections with other brands/business units, driving business growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • 8 years of CRM experience in Veeva or Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to streamline processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Experience in Salesforce and Veeva Modules administration and configuration.
  • Technical skills in Salesforce and Veeva Align.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to optimize systems.
  • Experience in SQL and data loading.
  • Fluency in English.
