Job Title: Solutions Engineer Canada
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to join our team in Canada. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to users, resolving issues, and responding to inquiries related to platform functionality and usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration: Configure Salesforce and Veeva Align to meet specific organizational requirements, including creating custom fields, workflows, validation rules, and user profiles.
- Administration and Maintenance: Regularly maintain and update Salesforce and Veeva Align platforms, including user management, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing performance, and applying updates and patches.
- Data Management: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data stored in Salesforce and Veeva Align, overseeing and executing data loading processes to ensure clean and complete data.
- Review, maintain and document connections (integrations) with different systems like McKesson, Knipper.
- Execute territory changes (zip code and account to territory)
- Create MCCPs in Veeva align.
- Load Sample Lots in Veeva
- Investigate issues raised by the field.
- Be present in NSM as support for Sales Team
- Clean up Veeva legacy info and create a governance for creating new records
- Support Comex creating new connection with other brands / business units
Requirements:
- 8 years of relevant experience in CRM (Veeva or Salesforce)
- Ability to communicate well (English), excellent organizational and follow through skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Strong analytical skills to research and resolve discrepancies.
- Ability to streamline processes and provide recommendations for prospective initiatives.
- Proven experience in Salesforce and Veeva Modules administration.
- Technical skills for Salesforce and Veeva Align configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide support and training to users.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and optimize systems.
- Experience in SQL
- Experience in data loading
- Fluent in English is a must
