- Recommend personnel actions, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain production levels.
- Set up and maintain machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of labourers in processing, manufacturing, and utilities.
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
