About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team at JinXi Financial. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expertise in mortgage lending.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Origination: Originate and process mortgage loans from application to closing, ensuring timely and accurate completion of loan documents.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Loan Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of loan applications, evaluating creditworthiness and risk, and making informed decisions on loan approval or rejection.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on mortgage products and services, including interest rates, terms, and conditions, to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP degree in a related field, such as finance or business.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage lending or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
